We’re all waiting for the final list of artists to be included in a show of young Texas talent next year at the Dallas Museum of Art. Curated by Glassell Core director Lane Relya (sadly soon to be leaving for Northwestern University) and the DMA’s own Suzanne Weaver, the show will feature artists from all over the state who have just developed their first solid post-educational body of work. As usual, the DMA deserves credit for being the only major museum in Texas to pay real attention to contemporary Texas art.
