Mike Smith, whose show is on view at the Blanton through the end of this month, will be featured in "Television Delivers People," a cool-sounding show at the Whitney opening Dec. 12. The show will present works by Smith, Richard Serra, Dara Birnbaum and others that examine the effects on individuals of television's structure and content. Should be good.
