National art experts congregate in El Paso for the 19th National Association of Latino Arts and Culture’s regional arts training workshop March 7-8. Latino artists, arts leaders and arts administrators can participate the two-day seminar on the theme: “Creative Responders: Latino Art in Action Re-Affirming and Transforming the Future.” The event includes panel discussions, workshops, art exhibits, along with the usual luncheons and networking.
