El Paso art advocate David Sokolec paints a somewhat downbeat picture
of the El Paso Museum funding issue in his blog Border Art Dialog this
week, pointing out that with the city’s budget still pending, and if
the situation deteriorates, the proposed cuts in hours for the museums
might yet be revisited.
