The Texas Association of Museums is convening its annual meeting next week, March 16-19, in Bryan-College Station, "a community rich in tradition and history." This year the meeting’s focus is railroad-themed: ways that museums can "pull together" to “stay on track,” and ways to motivate the “engines” in museum communities. "TAM 2010 kicks off in style at the monumental George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and fine wine set the tone for a magical evening" titled "visions of Aggieland."
