Hagood wins Hunting

Lane Hagood of Houston is the winner of this year’s $50,000 Hunting Art Prize Announced Saturday night. The lucky Hagood, self-described as "an ephemeral and a not too discontented citizen of a metropolis considered modern because all known taste has been evaded" i.e. a native Houstonian and UH graduate, is also associated with Sketch Clubb and the Joanna Gallery.
