Elaine Wolff, founder of the long-defunct but wonderful Perla Magazine, has started Plaza de Armas, a San Antonio-centered news/culture/politics website that aims to take on Times-Shamrock’s mostly ink-on-paper SA Current, which she edited from 2006-2010.
