Many art orgs are on the list of Blue Star Museums, participants in the popular program that opens the doors of 125 institutions to active duty military and their families beginning Friday May 27 through September 4. From the Amarillo Museum of Art to the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum in Austin, pretty much everyone is participating, even the MFAH, though it somehow didn’t make the online listing.
