On Wednesday at 3pm, Dr. Mark Thistlethwaite, the Kay and Velma Kimbell Chair of Art History at Texas Christian University, will present a lecture entitled “Water Matters in American Art” at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art.
So, how much can one say about water in art? Apparently, A WHOLE LOT!
